          1. The applicant submits an online application via the Land Management System (LMS) by selecting the New SKPT and SPPT Issuance Service and uploading the required documents.<\/p>

          The PTSP Technical Verification Sub-Directorate examines the completeness of the attached required documents (1 working day). If incomplete, the application is rejected. If complete, it is forwarded to the Land Management Directorate (DPP) for document verification (10 working days).<\/p>

          3. The DPP Technical Verification Team undertakes Technical Verification consisting of:<\/p>

          a. Verification of Land Object (Working Group Report, Survey Letter, Plot Plan)
          b. Verification of the rights holder's subject (Applicant's identity and basis for acquiring rights)
          c. The results of the technical verification form the basis for the DPP Director's Letter of Recommendation, whether it be a rejection or approval from the DPP to the PTSP.<\/p>

          The PTSP Officer\/Manager carries out the drafting process, which is then continued by the PTSP Director for the issuance of the UWT invoice.<\/p>

          5. Once the payment is settled, proceed with the process of issuing the SKPT and SPPT by the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP), consisting of:<\/p>

                              5. The technical plan for the mooring\/berthing facility shall include, at a minimum:<\/p>

                              \u2013 Drawings of floor plans, elevations, sections and dimensions, as well as types of construction materials;
                              \u2013 Minimum of 4 (four) geographical coordinates, i.e. 2 (two) points on the pier\/water side and 2 (two) points on land;
                              \u2013 Map of Specific Special Terminal Working Environment Areas and Areas of Interest;
