The One-Stop Integrated Service Centre is a business unit of BP Batam that manages permits in Batam, including Land Permits, Business Permits, Goods Traffic Permits, Advertising Sign Permits, and others.
BP Batam provides integrated electronic licensing services through the system Online Single Submission (Open Source Software) and Indonesia Batam Online Single Submission (IBOSS).
Licences managed by PTSP are governed by Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing and Government Regulation Number 41 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Free Trade Areas and Free Ports.
