BP Batam's One-Stop Integrated Service

Approve Operating Permit

1. The applicant submits an application online via the Indonesia Batam Online Single Submission (IBOSS) application by selecting the Permit Type and Sub-type and uploading the required documents;

2. The Processing Officer verifies the admin details. If incomplete, the application is rejected. If complete, field verification is carried out, which results in a Field Evaluation Report. This report is signed by the officer and the applicant. The signed Field Evaluation Report is uploaded to the system.

3. The Business Licensing Service Officer is responsible for supporting business activities by verifying application documents. If the documents are incomplete, they are returned to the processor; if they are complete, they are forwarded to the Technical Verification Sub-head.;

The Sub-Head of Technical Verification verifies the application documents; if incomplete, it is returned to the Head of Section, and if complete, it is forwarded to the Director for issuance.;

5. The PTSP Director validates the application documents and issues the Permit Letter; and

6. The applicant receives the Permit Letter electronically via the IBOSS application.

Signing of the Land Utilisation Agreement

1. The applicant receives a notification via SMS or LMS Account for SPPT signing.

 

The Business Process Officer receives the applicant's identification, prints the applicant's drafted SPPT document for signing, accompanies the applicant in signing the SPPT document and hands over the SKPT and SPPT documents, PL drawing, and Recommendation.

 

3. The applicant receives the SKPT, SPPT, PL Drawing, and Recommendation documents.

 

Legalisation of Land Documents

1. The applicant submits the application manually via the Service Counter at MPP Building, 1st Floor. .

 

2. The counter officer receives and checks documents, records every incoming letter, and distributes it to the business process.

 

3. The Technical Verification Sub-Directorate receives and examines documents against the originals, legalises the required documents, and submits the legalised documents and their originals to the Customer Service and Licensing Sub-Directorate.

 

4. The Customer Service and Licensing Sub-Directorate receives the legalised documents and the original documents, then distributes the original documents and the legalised documents to the applicant, and records the outgoing documents.

 

The applicant receives the original and legalised document.

 

Cap Removal

1. The applicant submits the application through the Integrated One-Stop Service (PTSP) counter at the Public Service Mall (MPP);


2. The front office officer receives the application, checks the requirements and documents, and if complete, provides a receipt and forwards the documents to the Processing Staff;


3. The Processing Staff records the application as incoming mail to the Director. If incomplete, it is returned for completion. If the application is for a New Schedule/Route, it is forwarded to the BUP [Business Entity] via the portal with the approval of the PTSP [One-Stop Integrated Service] Director. If the application is for an extension, it is forwarded to the PTSP Director.;


4. The Director forwards the application to the Sub-Directorate of Technical Verification;


5. The Sub-director of Technical Verification forwards it to the Head of Licensing Services for Business Support Activities;


6. The Business Licensing Service Officer forwards to staff for processing;<br><br>
7. Staff process and draft the Permit Letter and forward it to the section head for initialling;


8. The Officer for Business Licensing Services to Support Business Activities initialises Business Permit Letters and forwards them to the Sub-Directorate of Technical Verification;


9. The Deputy Head of Technical Verification initialises the Permit Letter and forwards it to the Director of PTSP for signature;


10. The Director of PTSP signs and issues the Ship Extension/Replacement Permit Letter.;


11. For New Schedule Approval, after receiving the letter from PTSP as per point 3, the BUP Unit processes the application documents in accordance with the applicable regulations;


12. The Director of PTSP receives recommendations for New Schedule/Route applications from the BUP, and assigns them to the Technical Verification Sub-Directorate to draft a Construction or Development Permit;


13. The Deputy Head of Technical Verification forwards to the Head of Business Licensing Services to Support Business Activities;


14. The Licensing Service Officer for Supporting Business Activities assigns to staff for processing;


15. The processing staff drafts a Permit Letter and submits it to the Head of Business Permit Services to Support Business Activities for initialling;


16. The Business Licensing Service Officer initials the Business Permit and forwards it to the Sub-Head of Technical Verification;


17. The Sub-Directorate of Technical Verification initialises the Permit Letter and forwards it to the Director of PTSP for signature;


18. The Director of PTSP signs and issues the Permit Letter;


19. The Processing Staff prints the Permit Letter; and


20. The applicant collects the permit at the One-Stop Integrated Service Counter (PTSP) at the Public Service Mall (MPP).

 

Work Permit Excavation

1. The applicant submits the application through the Integrated One-Stop Service (PTSP) counter at the Public Service Mall (MPP);

 

2. The front office officer receives the application, checks the requirements and documents. If complete, the officer provides a receipt and the documents are forwarded as incoming mail to the Director. If incomplete, they are returned for completion.

 

3. The Director forwards the request to the Sub-Directorate of Technical Verification;

 

4. The Deputy Head of Technical Verification shall delegate to the Head of Business Licensing Services to Support Business Activities;

 

5. The Business Permit Service to Support Business Activities directs it to staff for processing;

 

6. Staff process and draft office memoranda via the BP Batam portal with the approval of the PTSP Director, addressed to the Port Business Entity (BUP) to obtain a recommendation;.


7. BUP Unit processes application documents in accordance with applicable regulations;


The Head of the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) receives recommendations from the Business Owner/Developer (BUP) and forwards them to the Technical Verification Sub-Directorate to draft a Building or Development Permit.;


9. The Deputy Head of Technical Verification forwards it to the Head of Business Licensing Services to Support Business Activities;


10. The Business Licensing Service Section supports business activities by delegating to staff for processing;


11. Processing staff draft the Permits and submit them to the Section Head of Business Permits to Support Business Activities for initialling;


12. The Licensing Service Officer for Supporting Business Activities initialed the Permit Letter and forwarded it to the Head of the Technical Verification Sub-Directorate;


13. The Deputy Head of Technical Verification initialises the permit letter and forwards it to the Director of PTSP for signature;


14. The Director of PTSP signs and issues the Permit Letter;


15. Processing Staff prints the Permit Letter; and<br><br>
16. The applicant collects the Permit Letter from the One-Stop Integrated Service Counter (PTSP) at the Public Service Mall (MPP).

 

Recommendations for Special Terminals for Loading and Unloading Activities

1. The applicant submits an application online via the Indonesia Batam Online Single Submission (IBOSS) application by selecting the Permit Type and Sub-type and uploading the required documents;

2. Processing Staff verify the administration. If incomplete, the application is rejected. If complete, it is forwarded to the Sub-division Head for Technical Verification or the Head of Business Licensing Services to Support Business Activities.;


3. The Sub-Director of Technical Verification or Head of Business Licensing Services to Support Business Activities shall verify the application documents. If they are not in accordance with the requirements, they shall be returned to the Processing Staff, and if they are in accordance, they shall be forwarded to the Director;


4. The Director of PTSP approves the application documents for the issuance of the Permit Letter; and<br><br>
5. The applicant receives the Permit Letter electronically via the IBOSS application.
