Direktorat PTSP BP Batam
Direktorat Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu merupakan merupakan unit usaha BP Batam yang mengelola perizinan di Batam, meliputi Perizinan Pertanahan, Perizinan Berusaha, Perizinan Lalu Lintas Barang, Izin Titik Reklame dan lain-lain.
BP Batam provides integrated electronic licensing services through the system Online Single Submission (Open Source Software) and Indonesia Batam Online Single Submission (IBOSS).
Licences managed by PTSP are governed by Government Regulation Number 5 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing and Government Regulation Number 41 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Free Trade Areas and Free Ports.
