BP Batam One-Stop Integrated Service Centre
The BP Batam PTSP Centre is a work unit under the Batam Concession Agency (BP) tasked with formulating and implementing provisions, as well as carrying out technical verification, approval or rejection, permit issuance, information and complaint services, clarification assistance, and evaluation and reporting on basic requirement services, risk-based business licensing, business activity support licensing, and other licensing within the authority of the Batam Concession Agency through an integrated electronic business licensing system.
The PTSP Centre is the main gateway for licensing and non-licensing services for businesses, investments, and public services in the Batam Free Trade Zone and Free Port (KPBPB). The PTSP Centre functions to provide integrated, transparent, efficient, and swift licensing services to support the investment climate. Services are provided both electronically via OSS RBA, and IBOSS, as well as face-to-face services at the Batam City Public Service Mall.
BP Batam provides integrated electronic licensing services through the system Online Single Submission (Open Source Software) and Indonesia Batam Online Single Submission (IBOSS). Licences managed by the One-Stop Integrated Service are regulated by Government Regulation Number 28 of 2025 concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing and Government Regulation Number 25 of 2025 concerning Amendment to Government Regulation Number 41 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Free Trade Zones and Free Ports.

Implementing the formulation and execution of provisions in the field of risk-based business licensing services and business licensing to support business activities that fall under the authority of the Batam Concession Agency.
- The implementation of technical verification and approval/rejection of risk-based business licensing and business licensing to support business activities under the authority of the Batam Concession Agency through an integrated electronic business licensing system.
- The issuance of other permits under the authority of the Batam Concession Agency through the integrated electronic business licensing system
- Information services, complaint handling, and front-line services regarding risk-based business licensing, business licensing to support business activities, and land document services
- Assistance services for clarifying procedures and obstacles in applying for business permits within the integrated electronic business licensing system
