A spirit of revival and love enveloped the extended family of the BP Batam Prayer Fellowship, in the Easter commemoration held at Graha Lansia Titian Kasih, Rempang Island, Saturday (11/4/2026).
In this activity, in addition to carrying out joint worship, it was also carried out alongside the provision of charitable donations, health check-ups, and an Easter egg hunt.
Around 13 grandparents enthusiastically welcomed the arrival of the extended family of the BP Batam Prayer Fellowship, led by Member/Deputy for Public Services of BP Batam, Ariastuty Sirait.
Found after the event, Ariastuty said that this Easter celebration with the elderly is one form of social activity that is always held by the BP Batam Prayer Fellowship, on religious holidays.
“Of course, we express our deepest gratitude to the Sister who has been in charge of this place, and for opening the door for us to be able to give blessings to the grandmothers and grandfathers here,” said Ariastuty.
Ariastuty added that she appreciated and thanked all members of the BP Batam Prayer Fellowship for initiating this social welfare activity.
“Therefore, through this visit, BP Batam can bring the greatest benefit to the grandparents here,” he concluded.
Meanwhile, the representative of Graha Lansia Titian Kasih, Sister Sepriani, expressed her gratitude for the visit and the assistance provided by the BP Batam Prayer Fellowship.
“We are certainly very grateful and wish you all the best, for all the kindness you have shown us, especially to all the staff at BP Batam,” he said. (EI)
